This period home extension/internal renovation was carefully designed to significantly enhance the living spaces for the family of four, whilst having minimum impact on the small site. This project was designed by Residential Space and taken through an extensive council planning application phase and through to compeltion of building permit by Residential Space, whilst the final product was built by the owner. The owner-builder’s beautiful care and craftsmanship is evident in the images herein. The renovated and estended home is bright, comfortable and practical, and loved by its occupants.
