A significant renovation and extension at this property saw the entire rear of the dwelling demolished and a 2-storey extension built in its place, to accommodate the changing needs of this family. Design, permits and build were all handled by Residential Space, and we are thrilled to see the final product completed. The extension included a new kitchen and butler’s pantry, two large living rooms, a new laundry and upstairs parents’ retreat, ensuite bathroom and open study. Existing retained rooms were also renovated to provide new cabinetry, flooring and a fresh coat of paint.

The finished product is a large, stylish, modern and versatile home within a beautiful, well maintained period exterior.
