Glen Iris

This townhouse development was designed to make use of a large rear backyard that had frontage onto the street behind, enabling two dwellings to comfortably be accommodated on the block, both with their own street frontages. Residential Space designed and built the dwelling, and managed the planning and building permits for the proposal.
